Children and Youth

Church School:  Classes for preschool through twelfth grade every Sunday during the school year from 10:10 to 11:00 AM

 

Kids' Klub:  Meet the second Thursday of each month from the first week in October through the beginning of May from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Kids' Klub is for preschool through sixth grade. We start with dinner and then beak off into groups for music, tone chimes, story time, activities, crafts, and snack.

 

Youth Group:  For all seventh through twelfth graders. We meet twice per month for activities, outings, study, community service projects, we host an annual spaghetti dinner, and we attend the Christian Disciple Farm each August as our mission trip.

 

Confirmation:  for eighth grade youth, taught during the school year by Pastor Vance and Marie Broege.

 

Christmas Program:  For our preschool through twelfth graders. Practice begins in late October and the program is held the second Sunday in December.

 

Vacation Bible School:  This is for all preschool through sixth graders. We meet the first full week in August from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The theme changes each year, but always includes games, music, crafts, snacks, Bible adventures, and a performance at the following Sunday's service at 9:30 AM.

 

Acolytes:  Starting in fourth grade, children and youth rotate the lighting of candles during the Sunday worship services.
